Nobody said it is easy getting older, but nobody said hard either.
Yeah I am talking about “Getting Older”.
We can’t control time but what we can control is how we want to age. It is a matter of choice and where you mindset is at your current stage of life.
Should I be worry about aging?
My answer is a BIG FAT “HELL NO” because I do not live in the world of misery. Few years back I had shifted my focus on taking care of myself and being healthy in body, mind and spirit.
As I am getting older my priority and what I want to keep in my mind is so important because I come to recognize the mind can corrupt our way of thinking which tend to show up in how we take care of ourselves.
I don’t focus on whining, I despite drama and I am not going to involve myself on the worry of the world.
My solely focus are…how can I be healthy, happy, financially stable and how I strengthen more my Faith with the Highest Power.
The people I choose to be around is also a major factor of my well-being because they are a source of inspiration although sometimes life goes sideway temporarily.
At this age….I really don’t know how a 46 or 28 years old should really act in a world of constant judgement.
What I do know though….I act and dress a certain way that is solely my style and how I feel from within.
The constant criticism of the onlookers doesn’t shake me because it is a waste of time.
When you see me or someone that dress and act like me out there…you should smile because most people age poorly from inside and out.
You don’t believe me? Take a look around you.
Keep in mind…clearness and accuracy are obtained only by repeatedly by the image your mind project. Each repeated action renders the image more clear and accurate than the preceding, and in proportion to the clearness and accuracy of the image will the outward manifestation be.
It is very important to build your life and your way of thinking from a healthy and strong foundation whether you are rich or poor to reap the benefit of the goodness of your existence.
