Give yourself some silent time each day, for in moment of emptiness, the spirit of joy enters.
Silent time comes all the time unannounced. So when I needed that moment, but I don’t have the time, I’ll keep it in mind. But I always search for it when I needed to focus on what is going on and that required answers.
Just right now, I am looking at this picture of a woman. I think she is looking at the sunrise or sunset and she’s by herself. And looking at it, I find it peaceful. Even without a word, and just by looking at the horizon.
I am always longing for that total peace in my head, as it is very important to be aligned so I can hear the sound of the universal vibration.
I am busy all day. Lots of things to do, and I don’t know sometimes which one is the most priority.
When there’s so much things in my head, I stop. I have to drop them all and give myself the moment it needed to figure it out. What would I prefer to do first?
When the answer comes to me in that moment, I usually have a rush of energy and an idea will follow next, and that’s the answers I am looking for. After that, I prepare myself to execute whatever it is.
Every day when I’m able to accomplish something, even if I am tired at the very end, I am always grateful because I know I am healthy. That’s why I am able to finish the things I needed to do. Sometimes you want to do things, but you don’t feel good, so nothing you can do. But to me, accomplishing something means I am healthy.
Before I get out of bed in the morning, I pray and thank for a good night. And for today, I pray for another day of life, feeling good and healthy and blissful. And I invite God to accompany me to my journey. After that, I usually stretch my arms or my body in bed and say, “Good morning, God. Good morning, world. And good morning, me.” And then I put both my hands on my heart or on my chest area.
