A stone thrown into a pond will send ripples out to the very edge, until every last bit of its kinetic energy has been dissipated throughout the surface of the water.

The disruption is transmitted across the face of the water until it spent and released. In the same way, each and every action touches everything else.

Picture this loving energy radiating outward to touch the whole universe.

Try to hold this attitude for a few quiet minutes before beginning your day.
