We often do not take notice of how blessed we are until we are thrown off balance.  We then usually set our sights on regaining equilibrium.

But, once we have achieved that, we may deceivingly think : Ok, now I am going to avoid suffering.  I know how to attract happiness and let go of negative circumstances.  I am going to control my life and stay centered.

But, in truth, we cannot know what tomorrow will bring or what circumstances will provide a chance for peace or pain.

To help these anxiety, it is comforting to remember that all we have is this “DAY”.

Today is the day to practice being present in your life: today is the day to be kind; today is the day to make your best choices.

Life is not a stagnant stalemate: it is alive and fluid.

Seek balance with each moment, as it unfolds, and you will find yourself firmly planted on the path of peace.
