Meditation provides an opportunity to shout out distractions; focus on the present; and tune into your inner voice.
Allow it to help train your mind to be in the moment.
Practice breathing and fully aware of your body.
Feel the sensation of each moment, the pull of your muscles, the sensation of the fabric stretching across your skin.
Acquaint yourself with the tension in your neck, the weight of your legs as you life them.
Breath into those parts of your body that need release.
Allow your body to loosen up, relax to its natural state.
We are trained “doers”.
But, we are so much more than what we do.
We are human “being” in the moment and enjoying the wonder of life experiences.
Use meditation to help you be present to all that you can be.
