If you’re not going to stay in contact, especially AFTER YOU’VE TAKEN MY MONEY, please shut your business down.

I understand that things happen.
I know everything doesn’t always run smoothly.
I get it that unforeseen circumstances arise.

What I don’t understand is why most people think it’s OK to ignore their customers when something goes sideways.

Let your customers know that something happened.
It’s no big deal.

But it’s an enormous deal when you’re waiting for work to be done in order to move your business forward.

Of course I’d understand that something beyond your control happened.

I simply don’t understand having to wait for an explanation.

If you’re in business, take this to heart.

And if you didn’t die… just reply.

If you don’t have enough customers to reply to, go here to find one of the best solutions online for getting more.
