1) Get a coach
I’m working with a coach right now as I build my own business. Are you?
Not only is my coach someone who’s “been there, done that” when it comes to online marketing, but it really helps to have someone to talk to.
All the online marketing jargon can be intimidating, but not when you have a real person to talk to who can guide you through it.
2) Join a supportive community
I’ve tried learning online marketing from reading books and watching videos, but I found it lonely and de-motivating.
One of the reasons I’ve found success with my business is I’ve joined a community. There’s encouragement available and there are hundreds of other entrepreneurs on the same journey as I am.
Even though I’m pretty good at figuring things out on my own, it gives me peace of mind to know that support is there whenever I need it.
3) Go to live events
Sure, the appeal of online marketing is that you can stay home and make money from your laptop.
But nothing beats being able to meet your coaches and peers at a real live event, talk to them in person and even meet others you didn’t know.
Seeing someone behind the screen is one thing, but when you see the person live, it changes the whole game.
The energy at live events is something I can’t describe to you. You’ll just have to experience it for yourself.
