I’ve heard people say that Albert Einstein once said that: “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.”

I don’t believe he ever said that, and if he did it was a joke on anyone who believed it.

Here’s why:

Doing something over and over in order to achieve a different result is called “practice”. Repeating an action is the only way on Earth to get a better result.

Think about that for a minute.
