What is Self Observation?
It is an act of watching everything that goes on, both within myself and outside.
Do nothing but watch, just as if it were happening to someone else.
Do not personalize.
Do not react or form an opinion about anything you observe.
Do not judge anything as good or bad, pleasurable or painful, favorable or unfavorable.
Just simply watch, just as if I have no personal connection with whatever you observe.
Practicing self-observation is a great tool of awareness.
Try it in your personal and or on your business.
