I am a strong believer if all of us will take care of ourselves when we were younger life improves with age.
It is not an easy task but as it requires lots of preparation on my part.
We all gonna age but we can choose how we want to age by living a healthy lifestyle as well exercise.
I had seen seniors that are strong, healthier and happier because they are taking care of themselves.
I totally admired old people that goes to the gym and work out because they enjoy doing it.
Some got fatter because they never stop eating or not eating the right kind nutritious foods. Or it could be they don’t exercise.
Or perhaps they have a disease that contributed to their obesity or just flat out don’t have anymore motivation to improve their lives.
For me, as I am getting older I am way more fit, healthier, happier, stronger and more inspire than ever.
When I was younger I promised myself I am going to take care of me.
I have no desire to smoke or drink alcohol because I don’t see the reason why I should.
I also like working out also because it make me feel good.
And having someone like my partner Rebel who is also doing the same thing like how I want to grow old is a benefit not just to me but to each other.
So, do yourself a favor and do take care of yourself.
So that you age gracefully.
