Don't Worry about the technique

We can open the door to meditation and put ourselves into more receptive states of mind, but when meditation happens, we enter into a kind of weightless state, a suspension of normal consciousness .  In that brief stillness, extremely beneficial things happen to our minds and bodies.

We feel filled with well-being and tranquility, and this has ripple effects throughout the body.

For today, try not to worry about technique. This morning, sit in silence and let the silence be your teacher.

Bring your mindfulness to bear on this present moment, and you will find the right lesson waiting for you.
