Beep…here I AM!

Barbie's Adventures in Storytelling Galore

Ever seen women strutting in high heels over rocky roads, and you just nod with a silent, “Ouch, that can’t be comfy”? If you’re nodding along, welcome to today’s adventure!

Picture this: a photo shoot where graffiti walls meet a rocky dance floor.

This is where women and men diverge—men chase comfort with sneakers, while women brave the stilettos, even when it means walking on a mini-mountain, all for that glamorous edge.

Now, here I am, plopped in a spot where skaters and parkour enthusiasts usually perform their tricks.

And guess what?

Today they’re my audience!

My hair’s a masterpiece of messy, thanks to Aldo Coppola, perfectly blending with the rugged backdrop. If only they’d given me a heads-up about the location—I’d have brought my skateboard! But, the mystery was part of the fun.

So, what do you think of my ensemble?

I’m loving it, especially when compared to yesterday’s shoot, where I was wrapped in a Fendi coat in the heat of summer.

A shoutout to Mila Schon for the chic wool dress and to Helbert Noorda, our ace photographer for Italian Vogue.

The dress is a stunner, with its fountain cut and cheeky slit, and thank goodness for a blurred background to highlight its pure white elegance.

Switching up locations and schedules is like sprinkling a little spice into life—a reminder not to get too comfy.

Today wasn’t the usual early-bird affair but a spontaneous Sunday surprise, with me dodging ankle traps in stilettos.

Come to think of it life is a bumpy ride, much like this rocky path, with its potholes and surprises. It’s trickier when money’s tight and comfort zones become traps.

But, remember, life’s a bounty of good things, waiting to be grabbed.

Like the fabulous lady I met yesterday, who snagged a Fendi coat, sandals, and a black crocodile bag without batting an eye—I wish you the same abundance in case you are curious how did she started.

Until next time,
Barbie
