Who wins a fight between Entrepreneur and an Employee?

Me thinks – the entrepreneur.

Regardless of his fighting skills, weight or shape (relatively speaking, of course).

The entrepreneur would wipe the floor with an employee.

Why?

Because entrepreneurs got heart, tenacity, and grit.

Everything the employee doesn’t.

Employees fold in times of crisis. They look up to entrepreneurs for advice and support. They never step up to the plate. They can’t take punches.

Entrepreneurs get hit in the face, in the gut and in the nuts every single day.

An employee could never live a day in a life of an entrepreneur and deal with the amount of workload and problems an average entrepreneur has to deal with.

I’m talking about mindset, of course.
