Which makes persisting at attempting to achieve them a really bad idea.

Ever bump up against your computer’s memory capacity?

I have.

As a matter of fact, it’s been a recurring problem for me for at least 2 years.

Seriously.

2 freakin’ years of beating my head against an impenetrable wall.

Today I had finally reached my limit.

I was on the phone for half an hour or so, but I learned some things that reduced my stress level big time.

For instance…

Did you know that iCloud Drive is really more of a syncing platform than outside storage?

Well, it is.

It seems that you can upload files to iCloud Drive, but the real home base is your computer.

Yep, it’s true.

The files can be accessed by all of your other devices because a copy is in the cloud, but the files must remain on your “home base”, which is your computer.

And most other cloud-based services work the same way.

The only one I’ve been able to use as an actual outside storage device is Dropbox. (Yay Dropbox!)

The only other way is to have a hosting service.

The main reason I kept hitting this particular wall is video.

Rockit n Rebel (us) do a bunch of stuff with video and those can become some hefty files.

Hence the storage challenges.

Luckily for us, our marketing tools suite has everything we need to market our business online.

Including… wait for it….

Video hosting!

And that’s not all.

Our platform of choice has a blog, email autoresponder, audio hosting and a whole lot more.
