Every morning, before my feet even touch the floor, I say a prayer. Thank you for a good night. I invite you to come to my journey today. I pray for another day of life, feeling good and healthy in a blissful and blessful way.
Then I raise my arms and say, “Good Morning God, good morning universe, good morning me” and then I hug myself. That hug feels warm because it shows the love I have for myself.
I work on my mindset and guard it highly and because of that, I do not have a chaotic thoughts. I been working on taming my way of thinking because I encountered many times majority of people has a scattered mind. Many will drag you into their mind inside a pit of their unsettledness.
By staying in my own thought overtime it became very responsive, this is why even when life gets hard, one thing I usually will notice it gets quiet, then I will feel hurt in my emotion, I cried then I become quiet as well. Then, however long it takes, but it doesn’t take very long, peace and faith move forward healing me in a silent way.
When I needed something to do in the middle of my own challenges I shifted my focus on healing, allowing it to play quietly in the background.
I will read inspirational books or go to places that give me the grounding I needed.
It usually will work, but just temporary, therefore, I retrieve at home in silent because I found peace in my own space.
It feels good being me because in my own company lives voices of encouragement, of beyond hopes replaced by trust and assurance, of good memories that somehow will appear which make me smile, a love that is very powerful, it overcomes the hurt and that understanding of no fear and disguises.
So, when I stumbled this song “Grateful Every Day” by Daniel Sta it captured how it feels truly good being me, because I may be only one but I have self wholeness by not following the noises of the world and people but by working on myself all the time.
Good morning God. Good morning universe. Good morning me. As I stop fighting my old habitual notions is the moment I feel higher help.
