Patrick Ness quotes… “To say you have no choice is to relieve yourself of responsibility” but for a reason, it doesn’t resonate with me.

“I can’t” usually most people will say which never occurs to them that what is more truthful is “I choose not to”.

Saying “I can’t” takes the burden off of us, but it isn’t truthful most of the time.

Sad to say but some people are choosing not to, instead.

I wonder what will happen if people stop abandoning their personal responsibility to circumstance?

Of course, we can’t choose always our circumstances.

But you are always in choice about how we are in those circumstances.

Choose well.

Replace your “I can’t” with ” I choose not to” and see what happens.
